Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Task0 account at any time. Deleting your account is irreversible and removes your personal data and all content associated with it.
Delete from the app
On the web
- Sign in at my.task0.app.
- Open Profile from the menu.
- In the Delete account section, type DELETE to confirm (and enter your password), then choose Permanently delete account.
On the mobile app
- Open the Task0 app and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm (and enter your password), then confirm again when prompted.
Can’t access your account?
If you’re unable to sign in, email privacy@task0.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your account and the data tied to it, including:
- Your profile (name, email, and password).
- All tasks, projects, reminders, tags, notes, and journal entries.
- Files and images you uploaded.
- Support tickets and messages.
- Sign-in sessions, push-notification registrations, and connected sign-in providers (e.g. Google).
Data retention
Your data is deleted from our active systems immediately when you delete your account, and removed from routine backups within 30 days. We may retain a limited amount of information only where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, as described in our Privacy Policy.
